The Leadership Team

TONY KITT
With over 30 years of business experience, Tony brings highly developed talents as a strategic leader for large, complex organizations. With a reputation as a collaborative change agent and a hands-on team builder, Tony joined Plexcity from the CANV CU Leagues where he directed the innovation and planning processes through oversight of existing business partnerships, new business initiatives and internal-facing support functions.

Tony spent 9 years at Western Corporate Federal Credit Union (WesCorp) proving leadership to the IT, Payment Systems, Member Services, and Marketing and Communications departments. Prior to joining WesCorp, Tony was an Air Force Officer, appointed the first Chief Financial Officer for United States Northern Command. In his 20 year career he held financial management staff and command positions at all levels in the Air Force, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

HALEY DAVEE
Haley brings strong leadership and great credit union league experience to the Plexcity team having held senior leadership positions at the Kansas Credit Union League and its successor, the Heartland Credit Union Association for 15 years. She is well known throughout the industry for her passion in the credit union movement and leading several initiatives ensuring the success of the associations and credit unions. Haley holds her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Kansas State University in Political Science and Government.

CINDY CAVANAUGH
Providing the leadership for the CANV CU Leagues Finance and Accounting department as CFO for 20 years, Cindy oversaw the financial reporting for numerous League companies, directed Purchase One processing, business forms and licensing, and bank reconciliations for all League companies, along with payroll, accounts receivable and cash receipts for all companies.

Past experience includes active involvement in the start-up of several new companies and experience merging operating systems and processes into the new organizations. Cindy serves on the Supervisory Committee of her local credit union as Chairman for fifteen years, served eight years as Secretary/Treasurer on a Community Association Board, and three years as Secretary of the Claremont High School Cross Country Booster Board.

WADE GOHEEN
Wade’s technology and security experience began with the U.S. Military secure information and communication systems which included work within U. S. Marine Corps’ Counterintelligence Teams. Before joining Plexcity, he provided leadership for OHIO CU League’s Technology Department as Director for 20 years. Wade also served as a catalyst brining together Ohio’s credit union technology professionals and NCUA Examiners to build stronger collaborative relationships. Other collaborative efforts include the national collaborative council of credit union league IT professionals and various local, state, and national leadership teams and committees.
Wade now leads our efforts in Enterprise Risk Management for Plexcity and our client community by driving strategies and solutions to manage operational risk including modern day cybersecurity threats.

Plexcity | Innovative Association Solutions

Formed in 2015 out of the shared vision of three leading-edge association CEO’s, namely John Bratsakis, president and CEO of the Maryland|District of Columbia Credit Union Association, Diana Dykstra, president and CEO of the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues, and Greg Michlig, former president and CEO of the New Jersey Credit Union League, the three original board members charged Tony Kitt to lead Plexcity as its president and CEO. With a group of staff with many decades of experience in their respective fields, Tony Kitt is forging a company based on providing associations with greater efficiencies through the use of shared talent, resources, and applications.
